Good morning! The last few days have been good workout days - yesterday I did Legs and Back and Ab Ripper X, and today I did Les Mills Combat Power Kata. This coming week is going to be a recovery week, this is what my schedule will look like:
Monday - rest day
Tuesday - Core Synergistics
Wednesday - Interval X Plus (might actually try doing that)
Thursday - X Stretch
Friday - Abs/Core Plus
Saturday - a Les Mills Combat kickboxing workout
Sunday - Core Synergistics
