Good afternoon! Sorry I'm so late posting. Today is a rest day for me. I always enjoy my rest days because it gives my body a chance to recuperate. This morning I used the extra hour to hour and 15 minutes I gained to get caught up on some things. I'm looking forward to my workout schedule this week:
Tomorrrow: Shoulders and Arms/Ab Ripper X
Wednesday: Combat 60 - Extreme Cardio Fighter
Thursday: Chest and Back/Ab Ripper X
Friday: Combat 45 - Power Kata
Saturday: Legs and Back/Ab Ripper X
Sunday: Combat 60 Live - Ultimate Warrior's Workout
