Les Mills Combat Supreme Warrior Workout Day 55 - Shock Plyo HIIT and My Plans for the Day
Good morning! This morning I did Shock Plyo HIIT - it was a pretty good workout, I'm always surprised at how much I improve on those workouts every time. I can do more burpees and more of the plyometric lunges and hops now than I could at the beginning of the workout. Today I plan to spend the day with Kevin, since he's got to leave to go back to Augusta tomorrow. We just got back from eating breakfast, and we're getting ready to go out to Thomasville, NC to visit friends in a bit. Hope everyone has a great Saturday! Tomorrow I will get back to working on ways to drum up some business.
