Chest, Shoulders and Triceps

Good morning! This morning's workout was Chest, Shoulders and Triceps - I didn't do Ab Ripper X because of lack of time. I had a few other things to work on which ate into the time I should have spent doing Ab Ripper X. Had a good workout as usual, and so far I'm having a great day - hope everyone else is too!
