P90x/Les Mills Combat Hybrid Day 17 - Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X

Good morning! This morning's workout was Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X. I'm glad to see I'm slowly able to do more pull-ups, and I'm getting back to where I used to be with the Ab exercises. I'm looking forward to taking a break from so much strength work next week when I do my recovery week, which will mostly be Core Synergistics, Les Mills Combat kickboxing workouts and X Stretch! Tomorrow's workout will be Power Kata.
