P90x/Les Mills Combat Hybrid Day 7 - Rest Day

Good morning! Today is my rest day - could have done an X Stretch workout this morning, but decided not to. Tomorrow I'll do Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper X, Wednesday will be Extreme Cardio Fighter, Thursday will be Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X, Friday will be Power Kata, Saturday will be Legs and Back and Ab Ripper X, and Sunday will be Ultimate Warrior's Workout. Also looking forward to getting back into working on some other things this week, like some transcription.  Hope everyone has a great week!
