P90x/Les Mills Combat Hybrid Day 20 - Combat 60 Live: Ultimate Warrior Workout

Good morning! Had a good workout this morning - did the Ultimate Warrior's Workout, which I love because it incorporates all the different martial arts - kickboxing, karate, tae kwon do, capoeira... everything. Gives me a great workout. This week I'm looking forward to a recovery week though. Here's my workout schedule this week:

Tomorrow: Rest Day

Tuesday - Core Synergistics

Wednesday - Power Kata

Thursday - X Stretch

Friday - Core Synergistics

Saturday - X Stretch

Sunday - Power Kata

After this week I'm looking forward to getting into the second phase of my P90x/Les Mills Combat Workout.
