Back and Biceps and Abs/Core Plus
Good morning! This morning's workout was Back and Biceps and Abs/Core Plus. I love Back and Biceps because it's a little shorter than the other strength workouts, so I still had plenty of time to do Abs/Core Plus even though I was running a little behind. I also love Abs/Core Plus because it's got different kinds of exercises in it - sitting, standing, hanging and plank exercises, instead of being all mat exercises like Ab Ripper X is. Tomorrow's workout is Interval X Plus - hope everyone has a great day!
