Interval X Plus

Good morning! This morning's workout was Interval X Plus, which was challenging as usual - it has exercises in it that require you to go faster during the different intervals, as well as exercises that require you to go deeper, and I actually find the ones that require me to go deeper to be a little more challenging. I still got a good workout though. Tomorrow's workout will be Upper Plus and Ab Ripper X.
