Good morning! This morning's workout was supposed to be Upper Plus and Ab Ripper X, but I only ended up doing Upper Plus because I ran short on time. I forgot how challenging Upper Plus is though - I have a feeling I'm going to have some sore muscles tomorrow. That's ok though, it's still nice to do a different workout. Tomorrow's workout is supposed to be Yoga X, but I think I'm going to change things up and either do X Stretch or a short Pilates workout. Hope everyone has a great day!
