Good morning! This morning's workout was X Stretch - felt good to do that workout, especially since I somehow managed to hurt my lower back earlier this week. It's feeling better now, I think it just needed to be stretched out a little more.
This morning I also got on the scale and found I'd gained 2 1/2 pounds - back up to 121. I'm not too worried about it though, because I'm going to try something different this week and try eating more vegetables and less bread, and see if that helps.
Hope everyone has a great weekend! I have some things to work on this weekend, but I also hope to get out a little bit.
