Good morning! This morning's workout was Interval X Plus - it felt good to do that workout again, I haven't done it in a while. I was able to get through most of it, although I had trouble with the Carlito Three-Way Pushups. I think I need to really work on strengthening myself all over. Tomorrow's workout will be Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper X - looking forward to it!
The last few days I've been trying to get in more water in the morning right away when I get up, and I have to say I think it makes a difference. I actually felt like I had more energy at the end of the day yesterday.
