Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X

Good morning! This morning I did Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X - decided to try something different this time and used my weights as push-up bars for the push-up exercises. That made the push-ups a little more challenging while also taking the stress off my wrists. I'm looking forward to continuing to do my push-ups like that, and also maybe eventually getting some push-up bars. Ab Ripper X was slightly challenging, but I got through it.
