Plyo X

Good morning! This morning's workout was Plyo X - it's been a while since I did that workout, so it felt good to do it. I need to remember to not go so low on some of the exercises though, because it makes it difficult for me to get through them, and I end up having to stop early. Tomorrow's workout will be Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper X. That's it for now, hope everyone has a great day!
