Interval X Plus

Good morning! This morning's workout was another Interval X Plus workout - tried to slow down a little on the exercises that require more range of motion, like I said I was going to last week, and that seemed to help some. I'll continue to do that on this workout.

Yesterday was a slow day at work - I'm hoping today is a little busier, but we'll see. Hope everyone has a great day!
