Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X

Good morning - this morning's workout was Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X - was able to do all the weight exercises (all three of them) with 10 pound weights - even the back flies, although I ended up doing a few less of them. This morning I was also able to figure out what was preventing me from being able to run a Zapier zap on one of my websites - I've been corresponding with one of the support people at Zapier and I think I have it figured out.  For those who don't know what I'm talking about, check out - it's a site like IFTTT that allows you to automate a lot of the things you do online and on your phone.
