Good morning! This week is my recovery week, so this morning's workout was Core Synergistics. I love that workout because it covers a little bit of everything - didn't get to do all of it though because of time limitations, I could only do the first two sections of it. And unfortunately I still have to use my lighter weights on that workout, I didn't even try using my adjustable dumbbells. I did try going up in weight on some of the exercises though - I used 8 pound weights on some of the exercises that I'd been using 5 pound weights on, and it definitely made it more challenging.
