Legs and Back, My Plans for the Day and My Workout Plan for the Coming Week

Good morning! This morning's workout was Legs and Back - again I didn't do Ab Ripper X because of lack of time. This morning I've been working on some transcription as well as a few other things. I'll probably use part of the day to work on some transcription as well as (hopefully) spend some time with Kevin before he leaves go to out of town for the week.

This coming week I plan to do the following workouts:

Monday - Rest Day
Tuesday - Back and Biceps and Ab Ripper X
Wednesday - Plyometrics
Thursday - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps and Ab Ripper X
Friday - X Stretch
Saturday - Kenpo Cardio
Sunday - Legs and Back and Ab Ripper X
