Good morning everyone! Had a great workout this morning, I did P90x Core Synergistics. I love that workout because it works out the entire body, and I'm always impressed with how much I can do - today I did 9 Dreya rolls, which may be the most I've done in a while. I'm still having to use my hands to get myself off the floor though, I need to work on strengthening my legs and abs more so I can get up without using my hands. Tomorrow's workout is supposed to be Yoga X, but I'm going to do X Stretch instead because it's shorter.
