Kenpo Cardio and my plan for Saturday
Good morning! This morning I got up and did Kenpo Cardio - I love that workout because I get a great cardio workout from it, but I need to get back to adding some Les Mills Combat back into my routine for the variety. This morning I have a conference call for work in about 23 minutes, then I'm not sure exactly what I'll do with the rest of my day - at some point this week I have to get a hair cut, and I'll also probably work on some writing and spend some time with Kevin.
