Low Impact Aerobics and Pilates for Back Pain

Good morning! This morning instead of doing Plyometrics or Interval X like I was supposed to, I decided to alter my workout slightly since my lower back is still bothering me, and I did a low impact aerobics workout and a Pilates for lower back pain workout that I found on YouTube. They both made me feel great - the Pilates for lower back pain workout actually did start to ease my back pain a little bit, even more than sitting or laying with a heating pad behind my back has. I'll still continue to do that too, but I think for the next few days I'm going to try to do some more workouts for back pain. I hope everyone has a great day!
