Good morning! This morning's workout was X Stretch (substituted in place of Yoga X). I love the all-over stretch I get from that workout. Tomorrow's workout is supposed to be Cardio X, but I think I'm going to substitute a Les Mills Combat workout for it, Cardio X doesn't give me a very good workout.
Also, I don't know about the rest of you, but two of the triggers that make me want to eat are stress and boredom - I need to come up with some better ways to deal with those two emotions - anyone have any ideas?
