Legs and Back and Ab Ripper X

Good morning! This morning's workout was Legs and Back and Ab Ripper X.  It felt good to be able to do all the Ab Ripper X exercises without much back pain - I'm just about over it! Today I'm working from 11-3 to make up for the time I lost on Thursday. Other than that I don't have much planned. Hope everyone has a great day!
